I visit that lounge around 5x a year and it is pretty brutal. I've always had decent luck grabbing a seat but most of the other complaints are spot on. I would still take it over the gate area any day if just for the free booze, but it really could use some expanding as well as better food options. Unfortunately I don't think there's much space to expand.
