I have an issue. Another match application was fully approved. However, I submitted a service number from a newly created M&M account that started with 9999. I’ve now noticed that the service number has changed to a different one starting with 9920.

I know that the service number changes to one starting with 2220 when upgraded to Senator, but that’s not the case here. Fortunately, I can still log in to the correct M&M account using the 9999... number and PIN, so the initial service card number is still linked to my account.

Do you think the match will proceed without any issues, even though the mysteriously updated service number no longer matches the one I submitted in the StatusMatch.com application? Or should I proactively contact Lufthansa or StatusMatch.com about this?
