Any update on this? I’m in a similar situation, where my missing mileage request has been denied twice for this reason, even though all the names match up. I called and they said they can see the mileage was credited to a QF account, but I don’t have a QF account. When I checked in I saw the QF account number and asked them about it and for them to remove it, but clearly something’s gone wrong. I’m going in circles on the phone!
