Chance of upgrade is close to 0. Weekends are always booked out by locals and weekdays seem to be busy from corporate bookings. Also, I noticed a lot of airlines put their flight staff at this particular hotel.
Rollaway bed is extra 60,000 KRW per night. Doesn’t matter what booking rate you have.
FHR booking breakfast is strictly only for 2 adults. Adult price is 67,000 KRW at the Zest breakfast buffet. It is bigger and better than the Osaka and Tokyo breakfast buffet locations, though.
Hilton Gold just gives you 25,000 KRW daily, non-rollover credit, to the cafe in the lobby. Cannot be used anywhere else. No lounge access from being Gold or with FHR booking, either, obviously.
Diamond status gets you free breakfast only at the executive lounge, and not at Zest restaurant.
Just wanted to share an update on this. We booked a Premium River View Room for 3 adults through FHR for 9–12 October. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to an Executive River View Room and were kindly granted complimentary lounge access and breakfast at Zest for all three of us - even though both benefits were originally for two guests only. It was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. We did not ask for a rollaway bed in the end but they were not going to give us one for free.
