Op booked 3 months ago...so using new higher rates.... nevertheless basic band 8 peak max is 34250, so doubt OP booked basic. I'm guessing it's band 7 SFO-MAD Econ comfort 46400.

OP has bad history/blood with IB CS so I hope OP can HUACA, get the refund, have the address changed, move avios to BA, and never have to deal with IB ever again...
