I've omitted Scandinavian Airlines as they are still using those silly marketing terms of Plus Smart, Go Light etc. but will add them when they change to the usual sensible terms of economy etc.
Great overview. Thanks for putting this together! Just as an update: since October 1st, SAS has dropped the old “Plus Smart/Go Light” fare names and switched to the standard travel classes (Economy and Business). So they now align with the usual booking class structure again.
