Obviously you are referring to "saver" award seats (I Class). United is no longer releasing those (at least for overwater routes) unless you have access to expanded award availability (IN class), either with a United credit card or United status (Silver and above). No more availability at saver rates without one of those qualifications. There is another thread giving more details. Short version: no credit card or no status and no United miles - no soup biz for you.

Seats.aero standard search only searches for "I" class which is no longer made available. Seats.aero has a United Plus Points Finder tool that can display "IN" class availability (expanded business availability for CC and status holders).
