This is a lie, correct? I expected to pay the $40 cancel fee per pax and get the taxes refunded.

I super pissed and plan to take this as far as I need to including formal EU complaint and we'll go to court if needed. I'm fully disgusted with this airline and can't fathom allowing them to get away with one more bit of their slime.
