FWIW, there is also Tune (Air Asia) and Maxim so may want to use these two to compare pricing and availability. I travelled from Bangkok by rail just after CNY last year and there were no taxis (or reportedly ride hailing drivers) or SIM cards available at the ferry terminal (and the latter at the frontier train station) so had to hoof it to the E&O.
