This is after sending in the card itself. Then a further request - so I sent in the screen capture of the logged-in site separately. Then I had to do an identity verification with my Driver's License and a photo of myself. And they're not clear about what they're asking either - every time it's a new stupid made-up excuse that is not in the instructions or T&C from the promotion. This is honestly a bunch of BS and very frustrating. A truly unprofessional outfit.
Got the same “please refrain from re-applying” email after sending in the most recent set of exactly what they asked for. No explanation of why they denied. Only a comment that your application is “auto-declined.” What in the world is wrong with these people? I was mildly miffed before but now I’m mad, this is no way to treat people!
