That is not the case here. Points were taken out of non expiring points, rather than expiring. CS confirmed it’s an error. If you have expiring points from when they gave points for checking accounts as an example, don’t redeem online… Call. The redemption I made was supposed to come out of expiring points and that was confirmed. If that was not the case, they would not have proceeded opening up a file. Period.
