Cannot get Asia Miles to answer me about acct. change

Hello.
Asia Miles has my old work email that no longer exists.
I've sent them, on multiple occasions, my passport copies as they've requested.
This was started in May and I've emailed them in May, June, July, August and September.
I've used this email address:
CX CCD Fulfilment Group <[email protected]
and

[email protected]

They've asked for this:
We will be happy to unlock your membership account. We would appreciate it if you could provide us the following details by return email for security verification:


- Registered Contact number
- Registered Email address

Also, please confirm the following questions for account verification:
- Have you nominated anyone in your redemption group? (If yes, please name (in full name) one of your redemption group members)
- What was latest destination you travelled from which Asia Miles / Status points were earned and credited to your account?

I've provided them with my contact number and old and new email address. Also, please remember they have my passport copy.
I've told them I don't have anyone in my redemption group and I've always credited CX flights to my AA account.

Again, they just choose to ignore me.

I have the CX account number and I would like to transfer some points into the account but they are making it impossible.

Any suggestions? Phone calls don't seem to help.
