Hi all.

I have an existing TK booking made via Trip.com. Trip.com has provided the airline PNR and the ticket number.
I have not added any FFN to the booking at any point of time (though I have a TK FFN I did NOT purposely add it. Furthermore, I did not use the same e-mail address which my TK account is registered to).

I tried to add my LH FFN by logging in to TK website and it recognizes the booking as well as permits me to add the LH FFN. But when I try to save it, it asks me for a “Miles & Smiles” (not Miles & More) OTP, which I am not receiving on my e-mail addresses or the mobile. Without the OTP, I can’t save the FFN. I am not logged in to TK website or anything like that. Just trying to manage the booking without login.

Has anyone been in this situation? Is there any workaround to it? Thank you in advance.
