Any seat towards the front is good for sleeping in. Get to the clubhoue early. The LHR Clubhouse is the best airport lounge in the world. Get there early. There is a full meal, restaurant style service available. There are various TVs, games consoles and even a music room with DVD player.

The inflight massage cannot be booked in advance. There will be no problem with bringing 2 bags onboard.
