From my understanding it does reset every April. Next time you fly your BP should say CK on it. You will be able to use the FL at hub airports that have FL and all ACs.
Appreciate the confirmation. I got a phone call today welcoming me (no email or mail yet but I'm not sweating that) so sounds similar to what you and others have described.
