Has anyone paid much attention to ACs refund and reconciliation process for eups around both advanced changes and SDC? I saw my credit balance dropping more than I thought it should be so I took a look. It seems like I have some itineraries where the system charged me for a cleared upgrade on the flight I took but never dropped the eup credit hold on the original segment I was booked on prior to a change of some sort.
Has anyone seen an automatic sweep that corrects these things periodically or would I be better off submitting each one for correction through the contact form?
Bank errors of this sort have always been in my favour - original credit refunded, then the one for my new flight never deducted. I've not noticed any sweep which fixes these so I wouldn't expect one to fix your situation either.

I've had that before too. Wrote in with what happened, showing the math of credits deducted under the two schemes, and they refunded me the difference.
