In my room, unless I missed something, the closet door did indeed slide over to somewhat shield the bathroom area from the rest of the room. However, there was no way to get between the room entry door and the bed area without walking right by the sink and shower, and there was no door to enclose the sink/shower area from that passageway.
So there are certainly hotels with less private bathrooms (most hotels in the Greek islands, for example, have open concept bathrooms without even that separator door, and some Ws and other "cool" hotels have something similar), but usually I've encountered those in 1 king bed rooms. I don't recall ever having such a design in a 2 bed room; usually there's at least some frosted glass or the like for such rooms.
