I think if it's a port of entry that has the EES system in place, they probably aren't stamping passports.
One YouTuber said if a person travels into Schengen and gets stamped in then needs to exit Schengen from an EES port then the exit record would be digital instead of a stamp.
I read that they are stamping for the next 6 months until EES is fully rolled out
