• Overall excellent, this consistently shows as the highest ranked Marriott property in the islands, worth it IMO
• We did points + $ UG for ocean view, could have tried the upgrade luck as the overall occupancy seemed pretty low in what I assume would be a very low utilization time of right after summer kid breaks and before the retirees show up
• Construction is bit annoying but manageable, we are not pool users anyway. BTW - it will be quite a while before the pool is completed.
• Place has that classic 1950's architecture and the room renovations have done a great job of bringing all modern amenities blending with the classic past. Love the in room drinking water taps.
• Majority of people on the beach were visitors (who are capped), and majority of diners at the restaurants were from neighboring homes. The place definitely has some high $$$ families living in there.
• Manta was excellent for breakfast, but very blah and over priced for dinner, the bar is better for dinner
