The website seems to have issues from time to time but the 5% discount usually visible. Make sure that you are signed in to Enrich.

There is a promo at the moment but I think Oct 26 is too far out to be included, From my experience booking 12 months in advance usually costs you more money because the Z fares are usually much cheaper during promo period.
