I'm with you - what is the best avenue to contact Lufthansa through? I sent - most recently - a picture of me holding the card, in front of the logged-in screen on the ITA website with my same member number, qualifying points, and non-qualifying points (the main screen) - and this was denied.
This is after sending in the card itself. Then a further request - so I sent in the screen capture of the logged-in site separately. Then I had to do an identity verification with my Driver's License and a photo of myself. And they're not clear about what they're asking either - every time it's a new stupid made-up excuse that is not in the instructions or T&C from the promotion. This is honestly a bunch of BS and very frustrating. A truly unprofessional outfit.
