Clarify in what way? If the question is, “did I book a bulk ticket” — they can probably answer that for you, but it’s not like they’ll let you reticket it without the bulk rules. If the question is, “I know I booked a regular ticket, but can I be sure it’ll credit properly,” don’t bother calling until after the flight, if it’s necessary. This happens frequently and 99% of the time, things credit correctly regardless of what’s in the receipt.
