Even my mother, who can get around somewhat pretty well with email, text, sharing photos, etc. will ask for help with things travel-related, and I'm only a bit under 400 miles away. And their (as in "parents," not as in "non-binary") printer is well, "generational." And you can't print an AS BP at a kiosk, and you have to dig to find how to print a UA BP on the kiosk.
