Yesterday my connection from PHX to SAN was delayed by four hours. Unfortunately, by late morning no options to take a flight to another CA city and connect on an AS Inter CA flight to SAN. CK rep visited me in the lounge on multiple occasions to apologize and make sure I was doing ok. Had nowhere to be in SAN so no big deal. Not sure what happened, the plane was originally coming in an hour late from EWR but the a/c was swapped out for a later flight arriving from Mexico. I find CKs are always well taken care of at PHX but of course the lounges.....
Totally agree with the level of PHX support. I’ve been able to make four connections in the past year, whether it be cart transfers, standing at the gate so the flight wasn’t closed or proactively rebooking me.
