I think SLH partnership is too new to know if they do Gold breakfast. And reviews are a bit mixed with a lot of rave reviews but a significant number saying it's a tired property.
My big concern is that Riga is a pretty cheap destination in general. There are plenty of pretty good looking hotels for 80-100Euros/night.
I know this hotel quite well, and the city as well. Grand Palace does do breakfast for Golds - a pretty solid one as well.
Yes, many times you can get a hotel for 80-100 / nt, but never the Grand Palace.
If you value points at 0.6c or 0.5c that has 160k at 960 or 800 respectively. How does the cash rate for 5 nights look in comparison? Is the HGI significantly less? Are the Radissons much less? Where do you want to be? Any hotel chains that you're attracted to other than Hilton?
