I wouldn't redeem 160k points where the best desirable alternative was to pay €500. But with the way Hilton is going, 160k is likely to get you even less than it gets you today in London or Vancouver.

Also is the €200 per night in Vancouver referring to Hiltons, or other hotels. You can't compare all brands in Riga to only Hiltons in Vancouver.
