Bingo! I usually check my Bonvoy account a couple of weeks after a stay. (I tend to have fewer but longer stays than average.) If I don't see the points by then, I email the hotel. That has always done the trick. Mistakes happen. I don't consider the late posting of points part of the international Marriott conspiracy to rip me off.
