Here’s one of the limited selections from HNL-JFK last night; a meatloaf with a ketchup sauce (which I would ask for on the side, if the FA were able and willing):

The pre-arrival meal choices was either a veggie quiche with a link sausage and potatoes or a serving of waffles.
