Has anyone paid much attention to ACs refund and reconciliation process for eups around both advanced changes and SDC? I saw my credit balance dropping more than I thought it should be so I took a look. It seems like I have some itineraries where the system charged me for a cleared upgrade on the flight I took but never dropped the eup credit hold on the original segment I was booked on prior to a change of some sort.
Has anyone seen an automatic sweep that corrects these things periodically or would I be better off submitting each one for correction through the contact form?
