Yep, though finding Everywhere ones ($5.95 fee) during visa promos at OD/OM is quite hard in my area, but 5-back ($7.95 fee, same as normal BHN visas and mastercards) is much easier. In any case during promo you will be paying ~2-3% less than the face value for those cards, so that $2 difference doesn't hurt as much
