Thank you for the replies. We have never had this happen before. And I have never called ahead to list the names of everyone in the rooms on our reservation. We often book 3 rooms for family gatherings where people are arriving in 3-4 cars from different cities. I always give everyone the confirmation number and they know the name on the reservation. I guess I will call ahead and list names from now on.
