I had this about 10-12 days ago when flying to LIH on (ewww) WN. WN emailed/texted proactively with the link to the digital form. It was even on their inflight wifi portal hub page.

Of course WN wasn’t actually enforcing anything, and of course we didn’t have to show anything to anybody upon landing….
