Seriously, your luck seems to be running really badly. I will admit you brought a smile to face when you channeled the old Woody Allen line; "the food is terrible..... and the portions are so small". Sorry to hear you had such a bad travel experience. Hopefully your time in Japan will be wonderful!
To be fair I’ve had some decent domestic meals on UA lately - that means they were edible after the addition of my emergency Tabasco - and the wines in Polaris have been improved - but man the food just isn’t any good any more….
Landing at NRT in about 45 minutes - can’t wait for a proper meal!
