I saw it too.
Then I just tried to confirm before I posted here and I realized that if you search for a flight by entering the city pair and date, then select the flight of interest, the seat map is indeed gone. However if you enter a flight number and date, it goes to a screen that looks new (I don't recall seeing it int he past) and the seat map is there.
I suspect they are in the midst of some updates.
FWIW, everything I write above is using desktop browsers, not the ap.
