Did you actually book this ticket directly with UA, or through a third-party/travel agency booking site? Are they possibly unpublished consolidator/bulk fares and thus use mileage-based earn for PQPs?
LHR-SFO is 5367 miles and 1611 PQP would correspond to mileage based PQP earn for a Z fare (5367*1.5/5), while 537 PQP would correspond to mileage based PQP earn for S/T/L Economy fares (5367*.5/5).
