10/10 SFO-HNL applied for upgrade but didn’t clear to F as it was full but also call center agents said we were on upgrade list but gate agents said no one was on the list - 2 ppl showed on HA app upgrade list. Not sure what the gate upgrade process is but not confidence inspiring.
