I had about 25 nights at the HH over the last year. Was always treated well. Never any issues with late checkouts as an Explorist or Globalist. The rooms are getting long in the tooth, but someone there told me they are supposed to start remodeling the rooms next year. For instance, if something happens to the nightstand next to the bed, do they replace it? No, they just move the table and lamp from the living room into the bedroom, so now there is no lamp in the living room. Also, ALL of the ballast hums in the bathroom lights, those definitely need replaced.

All in all, it is ok, as I have continued to stay there when needed.
