This is really the point and while anybody can have a bad day, the poor Euroflyer crews are often totally overwhelmed, especially when it's a 14-row CE cabin. Not really all their fault, but from a customer's perspective not very pleasant. And then I would have to do 33 of these round-trips in CE, including nTP-bonus to requalify for Gold with BA. Insane. Half as many for platinum with QR.
