They could do a lot worse than start by replacing the Little Britain power sockets with composite sockets compatible with at least UK, EU, NA and AU/NZ. Many Golds & Emeralds are not UK resident.
Do many European, American or Australian lounges have such sockets? Can’t say I’ve seen any recently.
Surely most sensible travellers carry an adaptor when visiting a foreign country?
