Travel insurance is to provide financial protection and support against unexpected events and emergencies that can disrupt a trip, covering costs for things like trip cancellation, delays, lost luggage, and emergency medical care that might not be covered by your regular health insurance. It acts as a safety net, reimbursing you for prepaid, non-refundable expenses and covering unforeseen costs related to illnesses, injuries, and other travel mishaps.
I suppose I meant customer service? But I have called ACS very recently. So I think I just used the wrong phrasing. There is absolutely a number to call, but not for "compliments/concerns" like the web form.
