That’s the issue right there- the chat agents are fine with routine card servicing requests, but don’t always give accurate information when it comes to stuff like this
What the chat agent told you is contrary to the Amex T&Cs for this benefit.
The annual EQNs are always deposited in January, so if you have not received yours for 2025 there must be something going on with your account
