It's been a couple years, but I enjoyed staying here. No real upgrades given, but the breakfast was good. It's a nice, comfortable hotel, and while not on the water, in a good/quiet location. I think people's complaints revolve around it not being the level of service they expect from a WA. But I've noticed a lot of people on here or the FB groups seem to have very DYKWIA expectations of service, and I'm jaded from how Hilton disrespects their loyal customers in the US/Canada, so YMMV.
