It was promised by the end of 2024 by the company hired to build it! And despite BA sending a few dozen of their own staff to Chile for a fortnight last month to hurry them along, it doesn’t appear they’re much closer to delivering anything now.
It was also promised by Colm Lacey at the GGL event in LA in June 2024. He said we would see it by the end of 2024. I spoke with him at the event to make sure he was aware how poor the current technology was. He said he was. I wrote to him a few months ago to remind him of that conversation. I did not receive a response.
