If KB thinks it's loss of cardholders is low, it is failing to understand. You don't instantly cancel, you let it run out over time. Perhaps until renewal date. It takes time to get any cc, especially with a reasonable credit limit.
It can't assess its full loss yet. But it is certainly trying hard to get cancellations now. It casually assumes I will change about 30 online registrations for regular payments. Yeah right. There was no need to issue new platinum cards with new numbers. I didn't take up any conversion offers - Elite, only card, but no offers to me. I'll be cancelling.
