The Labua looks interesting, especially the tower club. Those high floor river view suites with balcony definitely seem like they would offer the best view
The Lebua is a very odd hotel. It is rather more like rooms with some services than a traditional hotel. The rooms are large but a bit dull and not equipped to a high standard. The sitting part of the suite is dark and I thought it unusable for that purpose. The balconies are locked but I think you can request a key. There is no furniture on them. There were two large air conditioning units on the balcony. On the first day of my stay I arrived very early but got a room early which was nice but I did have to wait in the club lounge and I thought the place, apart from the view, was grim!
The main breakfast is great. The pool is fine but exposed to the Sun if that bothers you. There are a number of fabulous restaurants in the building and the roof top bar is good. Both the restaurants and bar are very expensive (and I mean compared to similar places).
