Yeah, if you don't like the seat that's going to be a deal killer. Kind of like JL's apex suite for me.

And the UA lounge at HKG was substandard compared to the Wing or Pier.
No argument there. CX was my favorite airline pre-covid. I was so disappointed with the service this last trip.
