I did/didn't get an upgrade using Upgrade Certificates on HAwaiian (2025)
Hawaiian has a process where one waitlists for upgrades. I was successful in having these clear.
I chatted online pre-10/1 to list, and confirmed after this date by phone. A family member did the same.
Upgraded to J for SEA-ICN using 2 certs each. Cleared sometime 10/6 for travel on 10/9. Other pax cleared (into the last seat) on 10/7.
