Do oneworld Sapphire members get priority on the standby list? I was a bit surprised to be 7/8 on the list on a recent flight. I thought perhaps it was an artifact of making the standby request while my non-status Alaska number was on the reservation. When I had the lounge agent change it to the BA Silver number I didn’t move on the list. I expressed surprise and she said that non-AA status didn’t receive any priority.
