If you redeem the Apple TV+ and Music benefit on your Apple ID in month 1, can you then switch it to a different Apple ID month 2?

Can you redeem them to separate Apple IDs? I assume you don't keep your CSR in your Apple payments, but I've heard very little about this benefit.
