I'm more likely to be on the mass feeding Admirals Club side than the Flagship side. I definitely haven't seen any swordfish.
So DFW - Nashville is the only city pair I've been flying with regularity. The Korean pork is also being served in Nashville (bummer, but four club stops last week makes me an expert). What was really odd was the very inconsistent preps. Different sizes of cut pork, secondary ingredients that may or may not be included. different seasoning levels. Even different base layers. Ranged from really good to "lets dump this and check out the charcuterie board and soup kettles". (The current soup offerings were not good--which is unfortunate because there have been a few that really are good).
DFW seems to have a new supplier of the double-chocolate brownies. Which were really, really, good.
Thanks for reminding me of how, growing up, I always imagined the slogan as "The incredible, inedible egg"...
